Our Story
Faithful service since 2005
Hello! We are the Rodriguez family: Rafael and Tracy, together with our children, Evelyn, Emily, Rafael Jr., and Elisabeth.
In September 2005, we planted Iglesia Bautista El Faro in Dolega, Panama. Since then, God has allowed us to serve through pastoral ministry, biblical education, conferences in churches throughout Panama, youth camps, and ministry to children and families in need.
In 2025, we founded Lighthouse Baptist Seminary—Seminario Bautista El Faro—to equip men and women with a deeper knowledge of God's Word and prepare them for faithful Christian service.
Panama For Jesus, Inc.
A tax-exempt nonprofit organization created to support pastors, missionaries, churches, and compassionate ministries throughout Panama.
The organization serves as a trusted channel for national pastors who would otherwise be unable to receive financial support from donors in the United States. We currently assist 12 national pastors in receiving donations for their ministries.
We also receive and direct contributions toward nutrition programs, medical assistance, orphan care, theological education, and other outreach efforts across Panama.

We are sent out of Northwest Bible Baptist Church in Elgin, Illinois, under the leadership of Pastor Phil Cavanaugh.
